Software Licenses Refund Policy

Why No Refunds?
Digital software licenses and activation keys cannot be “returned” or deactivated once issued. Once a customer has purchased and received a license key or activation code, it is permanently associated with the user, and its usage cannot be reversed.
Exceptions
While we do not offer refunds for successfully issued and activated products, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Exceptions may apply in the following situations:
- Technical Issues: If the product key does not activate or if you encounter technical issues related to the license.
- Incorrect Delivery: If the wrong product key is delivered due to an error on our part.
In such cases, please contact our support team at dnshan2028@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. We will promptly investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or support to rectify the problem.
